The Grand Portage Band is looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, dedicated employees to join our team! Our full-time positions offer convenient scheduling and great benefits, including a 401(k) with employer match at 2%, free basic life insurance up to $15,000; two low cost health insurance plans to choose from, 12 paid holidays and generous annual leave.

All salaried and regular full-time employees are eligible for Medical and Dental Insurance following 90 days of fulltime employment. Life/AD&D, Group Life, Long Term Disability are available after six months of employment. Some benefit programs require contributions from employees, but most are fully paid by Grand Portage RTC.

  • Some positions may require that a background check be in progress before the application/resume can be processed by the hiring manager.

Employee Housing

Grand Portage has affordable workforce housing for full-time employees. To live in Picnic Bay Estates, you must be a full-time employee of Grand Portage Lodge, Casino, Trading Post, or Operations. Employees of other area employers (such as Border Patrol, National Park or State Park, or Ryden’s) are not eligible. Housing is subject to availability.
