Tribal Land, Water, and Waste Ordinances establish laws and policies that protect the Band’s lands, natural resources, and community health. These ordinances guide how land is used, how water resources are managed and protected, and how solid and hazardous waste is handled. Together, they support environmental stewardship, public safety, and the long-term wellbeing of present and future generations
